Mel Oskar graduated from LAMDA´s three year acting course in 2008. She has since worked in theatre, TV and film, both in the UK and in her native Iceland. In Iceland she played Mag in a production of Brian Friel´s Lovers, directed by Jo Blatchley, and Krista in Permille, an award-winning short by Marteinn Thorsson. Her recent work in the UK includes a small role in the BBC One Christmas film Lapland, playing Agna in comedy horror Love Bite, Deia in short Regent Street and taking part in The London 50 hour Improvathon at Hoxton Hall.
